PPG Advisory Board Elected |
 Project Professionals Group (PPG), has today announced the formation of its Advisory Committee, democratically elected by its members. PPG General Manager, Kevin Stephens, advises “Ms. Susan St. Germain of TransGroup Worldwide Logistics (North America) has been elected as Chairperson. Other committee members include Mr. Dominik Keller (O. Lisboa Despachos Int. Ltda., South America); Mr.Suhail Shaikh (Sahil Freight Express Pvt. Ltd., Middle East/Subcontinent); Mr. Lindsay Jacgung (Allfreight International Pty. Ltd., Oceania/Australia); Mr. Marc De Weerdt (Polytra N.V., Europe); Ms. Ogbedor Precious (Eagle Edge Support Services Nig. Ltd., Africa); and Mr. Elmer Sarmiento (Royal Cargo Combined Logistics, Inc., Asia).”
New Committee Chairperson, Ms. Susan St. Germain (pictured) adds that “Committee members have been chosen in geographic areas as they are aware of the local challenges, opportunities and any other matters which affect the membership. By having a member from each area, PPG can assure itself that the representative will be knowledgeable about the specific competitive environment and also the challenges and opportunities existing in their locale.” The PPG Advisory Committee’s activities will include Marketing and Advertising; Coordination of efforts in print and other medias in conjunction with Sun Communications, PPG’s appointed Media Company; Review of major trade show opportunities; membership issues; recruitment of members in areas which are not currently represented; and annual conference assistance.
