PPG (Project Professionals Group) has successfully passed its second annual audit and consequently been re-accredited to the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2008. PPG was critically audited by external SAI-Global Limited auditors. Re-certification reaffirms our commitment to consistency and quality in the delivery of our services, for the global networking through memberships, project forwarding training, annual conference arrangements, exhibition attendance and marketing services; and also demonstrates PPG’s continuous improvement and customer focus in line with proven management principals. The QEC program also offers a step-by-step approach which provides all members confidence in PPG’s system’s capabilities to meet the needs of the organisation and its members. The process also addresses the philosophies of good management practice covered by the Standard. We are proud of the fact that PPG has never received any adverse comments or complaints either internally or externally.
